Hi, I’m Taylor! Growing up as a multi-sport athlete playing baseball, football, and basketball, I experienced various forms of training and coaching. It wasn’t until after my sports career that my passion for fitness started to develop. From 2016 to 2020, I focused more intentionally on my own fitness outside of a team dynamic. Using a combination of weight training, cardio and HIIT workouts, nutrition tracking, and hiring a personal trainer, I achieved the best fitness level of my life. However, in 2020, I sustained a traumatic arm injury that reset all my goals and achievements. After 3-months of an immobilized arm, I had total atrophy and had to rebuild from scratch. My concentration then shifted to rehabilitation and recovery on my arm before working on regaining my confidence in the gym. Through this journey, I found my desire to help others work towards reaching their fitness goals.

I take a holistic approach to fitness by evaluating your current lifestyle, fitness level, diet, and additional factors to create a unique program tailored to you and designed to improve your overall health and well-being. Whether it be weight loss, muscle building, athletic performance, health and longevity, mobility and flexibility, returning from injury, or any combination of the above, my goal is to equip you with the tools necessary to get in the best shape of your life. I have seen firsthand that with an intentional approach to training, proper nutrition and lifestyle habits, anyone can radically change their life with the accountability of a coach.
