FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where do you train?
I train my in-person clients in two locations: Diesel Fitness and RECESS Fitness Club. A gym membership IS REQUIRED to be able to train with me at either location.
  • Do you need a gym membership to work with me?
For clients training at Diesel Fitness or RECESS, you will be required to have a membership in addition to your training agreement with Taylor Made Fitness. For those concerned about having to switch gyms, please reach out! We are happy to work with you to find a plan that suits your needs.
  • I don't live in Dallas, how can we workout?
I offer Online Training for any client not local to Dallas. Check out Online Training for more info.
  • Do my purchased sessions expire? How long do I have to use personal training sessions?
Personal training sessions do not expire after purchase
  • I have a crazy schedule, how does this work?
Typically I like to lock down specific days and times that always work for you so that you have that training time built into your schedule. I understand things come up, so will always try to be as flexible as possible.
  • I'm recovering from an injury, can we still work together?
As long as you have been medically cleared by your doctor, then yes we can.
  • How long is the consultation? What can I expect during it?
The complimentary consultation lasts about a hour. We will meet at either gym location, give you a brief tour of the location before sitting down to discuss your fitness goals, lifestyle, prior exercise experience, any injuries or limitations, and brief discussion of your current diet and habits. We will then go through a number of movements and exercises to establish your baseline capabilities. After this I will begin working on your customized fitness program based on your goals.
  • Do you take insurance?
No I do not work with any insurance providers at this time.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit, debit, and cash.
