All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're SET. All workouts can be completed in approximately 30-40 minutes

Monday & Wednesday: Strength Circuits (Upper/Lower)

Tuesday & Thursday: Cardio (Interval Training OR Running/Jogging)

Friday: Arms & Abs OR Glutes & Abs (YOUR choice!)

All workouts are roughly 30 minutes long and are suitable for all levels of fitness! All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're set. You can do these workouts in the comfort of your own home OR at the gym.
Pair your 6 Week SHRED fitness program with your TMF Meal Plan. Meal plans include Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner focused on high protein, nutrient dense intake.

Upon completing your initial 6 Week Shred you will be offered my exclusive TMF SHRED Monthly Membership. You will continue the week-to-week exercise format listed below with slight progressions in each 4 week phase. Remember, consistency is KEY in reaching your goals so this monthly progression plan is just what you need to stay motivated and accountable to reach your goals month after month.
