INITIAL ASSESSMENT
In our first workout together, I like to get a feel for where you are physically, your mobility, what you want to achieve, and your current lifestyle.
PROGRESS TRACKING
No matter your goals, we will track progress through body composition measurements, weigh ins, workout logs and photos.
1 : 1 TRAINING SESSIONS
We will meet regularly where you will get 1:1 attention focusing on your goals and the customized program I have created for you.
TAILORED WORKOUT PROGRAMS
Customized workout programs tailored to your specific abilities and goals. Can modify and change as needed (ex: traveling).
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
We will discuss nutrition habits, ways to track macros, meal prep ideas, and keep you accountable on your nutrition goals.
APP ACCESS
You will receive full access to my app with access to your customized program, progress and nutrition tracking, coaching habits, and messaging for any questions between our sessions.

Consultation Call
The purpose of this call is to discuss your fitness and nutrition goals, any medical history to be aware of and discuss any questions or concerns you may have about training.
03.
Initial Assessment
We will get together for a complimentary assessment. This is used to determine your current physical condition and allows me to have a deeper discussion about individual goals, past challenges with fitness, and allows me to begin to piece together a plan for your customized workout program.
