I began my weight loss journey back in 2022 but was dissatisfied with the results I achieved on my own. In October of 2022, my wife joined a gym and hired a personal trainer. Witnessing the noticeable improvements in my wife, both physically and mentally, prompted me to seek assistance from a personal trainer. In January 2023, I signed up to work with Taylor. My primary goal was needing to lose 75 lbs in order to be approved for knee replacement surgery by my doctor. I had dealt with a bad knee that needed surgery for over 8 years. One of my greatest struggles has been maintaining the momentum to go to the gym every day and staying motivated throughout each workout session. Taylor has a knack for getting into my head and providing the extra push I need to complete the workouts when I'm feeling worn out. I particularly appreciate Taylor's approach of having a unique workout plan for me each time we meet, rather than simply repeating the same routine. He takes into account my knee injury when planning our sessions, which I find very beneficial. 

 

Not only have I achieved my weight loss goal, but my overall outlook has also changed for the better and I am now scheduled for surgery after all these years of needing it!
